Had a three bedroom+ house of furniture to move from Brookfield to Farmington. From the beginning they were helpful and explained everything . Tom came out for my estimate and he was thorough and friendly and the estimate was spot on. Also the best price I got. Elsa in the office took over from there and she was always pleasant and answered every question. She even called during the day of the move to see if it was going well and what she could do.

Awesome experience, from the first call to the front end pick up of the furniture to the end of the trip, all our possessions arrived undamaged. The team of movers both on the first part (moving out) to the arrival in the southwest, the gentlemen and the drivers were professional, courteous, and quick. Bill the driver for the cross country move went over the inventory before they left and reviewed the inventory as it arrived. Robin at the office coordinated the move and was readily available to answer all my questions. Doug, who came to do the initial quote was incredible how quick and accurately he inventoried the furniture for an estimate. The difference in estimate to actual weight on the move was over the estimate slightly but I knew the cost right away. Nothing was hidden in the way of fees or hidden charges. Great experience, would use them again if I move.
