"What a terrific experience!"

The reason for my email is to give you some feedback on the moving crew you assigned to facilitate our move from Tarrytown, NY to Bethel, CT. Actually, EVERYONE we’ve worked with at Braun has been incredibly – kind, respectful, organized and clearly very competent. What a terrific experience! This is my 20th lifetime move and while I should be better at it, sadly I am not. Claudio and his team were amazing. From start to finish they were polished professionals and took extreme care with all of our furniture and boxed items. They were also very considerate of some very large cumbersome plants as well. Moving is always so terrible difficult – packing, purging, packing again, finding a place to live, unpacking, etc. For us, the easiest part was working with your team. Thank you and thank you again. You have a great group working for you!
