"Staff was great"

Staff was great from the beginning. Tom was excellent and Elsa made a stressful process much easier by assuring us as things changed that all could be accommodated, and it was. The packing crew did an excellent job and move day, while hard for everyone, went as well as it could. We found the entire crew polite and accommodating, especially Gabriel and JJ, the first day and moving day, Lucas joined and made sure the crew was focused on the large task at hand. Not only will we use Braun again, but will recommend them to anyone in need..
